Alberta: Consider including this course as a CPD learning activity in your mandatory annual Continuing Professional Development Plan as required by the Law Society of Alberta. British Columbia: This one hour program can be applied towards the 12 hours of Continuing Professional Development (CPD) in accredited educational activities required by the Law Society of British Columbia. Ontario: This one hour program can be applied towards 9 of the 12 hours of annual Continuing Professional Development (CPD) required by the Law Society of Upper Canada. Please note that this program is not accredited for Professionalism hours or for the New Member Requirement. Saskatchewan: This one hour program can be applied towards the 36 hours of Continuing Professional Development (CPD) required by the Law Society of Saskatchewan every 3 years. New Brunswick: This one hour program can be applied towards 1 hour of MCPD credit. PEI: This one hour program can be applied towards the 24 hours of Continuing Legal Education (CLE) required by the Law Society of Prince Edward Island every 2 years.
